in any activities and/or make use of any of the facilities, do so at their own risk and neither the
owners of The Aloes Country Inn, staff,  nor the booking agents, will be held responsible for any death, injury or
illness sustained or suffered by any person or loss/damage to any property, occurring directly
or indirectly from a visit to the property for any cause whatsoever.

Furthermore, neither the owners of the property, staff,  nor the booking agent accept responsibility for
any consequential loss sustained or suffered by the accommodation/facilities not being available
through any Act of God or for any other reason whatsoever.

BY BOOKING AND PAYING TO USE THE FACILITIES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO
HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THIS CLAUSE.
